1. Course & Workshop Registrations
Your seat in a workshop or course is confirmed only after successful payment. Please be aware of the QRR cancellation policy, as this may affect your registration. Since seats in our educational programs are often limited, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any concerns regarding our Quantum Reiki refund policy or need to inquire about a wellness product refund, don't hesitate to reach out.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If you are unable to attend a workshop or course, please reach out to us before the program begins to discuss our QRR cancellation policy. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the nature of the program and the circumstances involved, in accordance with our Quantum Reiki refund policy. Quantum Reiki Radiance reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
3. Refund Policy for Online Courses & Workshops
Unless otherwise stated on the course registration page, the QRR cancellation policy indicates that course registration fees are generally non-refundable once your registration has been confirmed. According to the Quantum Reiki refund policy, no refund will be issued for missed sessions, late attendance, partial participation, or voluntary withdrawal from the program. Additionally, failure to attend a scheduled session does not entitle the participant to a refund, similar to the policies regarding wellness product refunds.

Meditation Audio
Recorded Workshops
Downloadable Resources

Digital Courses
are delivered electronically.
Please note, in accordance with our QRR cancellation policy and Quantum Reiki refund policy, all purchases of these wellness products are final and non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has been made available.
5. Physical Products
For physical products purchased through our website, our Quantum Reiki refund policy allows for refunds or replacements under specific conditions:
1. The wrong product was delivered.
2. The product arrived damaged during shipping.
3. The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, and should include clear photographs of both the product and its packaging. Please note that products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear do not meet our QRR cancellation policy and are ineligible for refund or replacement.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched, in accordance with our QRR cancellation policy. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, aligning with the Quantum Reiki refund policy regarding wellness product refunds.
7. Cancellation by Quantum Reiki Radiance
In rare circumstances, Quantum Reiki Radiance may need to activate its QRR cancellation policy to cancel or postpone a workshop, course, or event due to: Unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants may be offered options in line with the Quantum Reiki refund policy, including rescheduling to a future batch, a credit for another eligible program, or a refund, where applicable, similar to our wellness product refund process. The method of resolution will be communicated directly to the participant.
8. Rescheduling
Requests to transfer registration to another batch or session may be considered depending on seat availability, course schedule, and administrative feasibility. Additionally, please be aware that the QRR cancellation policy is applicable in such cases. Approval of these requests, similar to the conditions outlined in the Quantum Reiki refund policy and wellness product refund guidelines, remains at the sole discretion of Quantum Reiki Radiance.
9. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund has been approved under the Quantum Reiki refund policy, it will normally be processed through the original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution and may take 7–14 business days after approval, similar to the QRR cancellation policy for wellness product refunds.
10. Non-Refundable Charges
The following items are generally non-refundable under our QRR cancellation policy: payment gateway charges, convenience fees (if applicable), taxes already remitted, downloaded digital products, completed consultations, and attended workshops or sessions. 11. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests stemming from genuine medical emergencies or other exceptional situations may be individually reviewed according to the QRR cancellation policy. However, submission of such a request does not guarantee approval.
